Refund policy

Shipping

Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday. Most U.S. orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency. Upon fulfillment, all customers receive tracking numbers via email.

Please note that we are not liable for any delays in shipments or lost items. If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received your package or it's lost in transit, you must file a formal complaint with your delivery provider. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we relinquish control and assume no responsibility.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, the item(s) you ordered, and external factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or holiday season volumes.

While UPS estimates delivery dates, these estimates may not always be accurate.

 Returns

We accept returns for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling costs, within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Please note that all microfiber towels, buffer pads, vinyl gloves, and bottles must be returned to be eligible for a refund. If any are used or not returned, it will result in ineligibility for a refund.


Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds cannot be processed.

We are not responsible for products returned incorrectly or in error. Items returned outside of the refund policy terms will not be refunded or shipped back.

When returning merchandise, please include your receipt/invoice, name, order number, email address, and phone number for efficient processing and so that we can process your return.

 Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. Within seven (7) days of receiving your return merchandise, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

 Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check your bank account once again.

Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

 Shipping A Return

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not refund shipping costs. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and issues

Damages, defects, or receiving the wrong item should be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@glampshine.com with photos of the damage for prompt resolution.
